Jim Irsay

January 28th, 2012

Rob Lowe is friends with Jim Irsay. [1]

INDIANAPOLIS - Peyton Manning and Colts owner Jim Irsay insist they are just fine after a week filled with complaints and comments suggesting a rift had developed following one of the most miserable seasons in team history. [2]

Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay obviously didn’t care for some of quarterback Peyton Manning ’s comments earlier in the week. [3]

Say what you will about Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay, but we can all agree that the dude has no problem whatsoever saying what is on his mind. [4]

Team owner Jim Irsay announced via Twitter Tuesday morning that he will give away two Super Bowl tickets to someone who correctly predicts the team’s next head coach. [5]

Colts owner Jim Irsay, a must-follow on Twitter for anyone with any interest in the NFL (or in the obscure, random use of song lyrics), has taken things to a new level on the popular social media platform. [6]

After introducing new head coach Chuck Pagano Thursday, Irsay met with reporters and took some subtle but clear shots at the NFL’s only four-time MVP, who said earlier in the week that the Colts complex with so many getting fired wasn’t a healthy environment for his rehab from neck surgery. [3]

Irsay responded on Thursday, chastising Manning for taking his complaints to the newspaper and calling him “a politician.” [...] Peyton Manning is due $28 million bonus on March 8 if he keeps company with the Colts. [1]

Inevitably, somebody asked him about the interview Peyton Manning did with the Indianapolis Star this week, and Irsay was honest with that he thought about it. [4]
