Ryan Merriman started acting at the tender age of 10, after he took drama lessons and did a few commercials in his home state of Oklahoma, USA. [1]

Good-looking, dark-haired Oklahoma native Ryan Merriman began modeling at age six and landed his first broadcast acting role just a few years after, cast as a regular on the NBC sitcom “The Mommies” (1993-1995, renamed “Mommies” in its final year). [2]

Ryan, Aidan Quinn (Bobby Jones: Stroke of Genius) and Andie MacDowell (Michael) will play the Abbate family in the indie drama, which begins shooting October 16. [3]

In 1995, Ryan acted in an episode of the tv series “The Client”, and then got the part of young Jarod in the hit tv series “The Pretender” in 1996. [1]
