ohio lottery mega millions

Tuesday, June 30th, 2009

Mega Millions is a multi-jurisdictional $ 1 lottery game in the United States. [1]

Mega Millions gives you NINE ways to win eight different prizes. [2]

The Ohio Lottery, started in 1974, encompasses a variety of instant games, daily Pick 3 and Pick 4 drawings, and the twice-weekly Mega Millions drawing. [3]

Playing more than one drawing increases the ticket price by the number of drawings you choose. [2]

*If two or more persons match 6 of 6 numbers in the same drawing, the jackpot is shared equally among all winning tickets. [4]

Since May 2002, Mega Millions advertised jackpots have started at US $12 million paid over 26 years, increasing when there is no jackpot winner. [1]

Annual Payout is your share of the advertised jackpot in 26 guaranteed annual payments. [2]

Bonita Walker won $250,000, a second-tier prize, for matching five numbers in the May 26, Mega Millions’ drawing. [...] Five players in the Columbus area filed claims for prizes on various Ohio Lottery games. [...] A Middletown resident is the latest winner of a top prize on an Ohio Lottery instant game. [5]

This was when the game was changed to its second name, The Big Game Mega Millions, temporarily retaining the old name, and its “gold ball” logo. [1]

Players choose five numbers from 1 - 56 and one MegaBall number from 1 - 46. [3]

A resident of West Chester knows that second can be ‘the best,’ especially when playing the Ohio Lottery’s Mega Millions game. [5]

Mega Millions players within Texas also have the option to activate a multiplier, should they win a non-jackpot prize; for $2, a selection of five white numbers and a Mega Ball can win a double, triple, or quadruple prize (up to $1 million cash) with the Megaplier. [1]

The Michigan Lottery can pay Mega Millions jackpot winnings in one of two ways: as an annuity or in one lump-sum/cash-option payment for the present cash value of the jackpot share. [4]

Impact: Larry LaRue, of the Tacoma News Tribune, reports Seattle Mariners OF Ken Griffey Jr. was in the starting lineup in left field Tuesday, June 30. [1]

Full name George Kenneth Griffey, Jr.; born November 21, 1969, in Donora, PA; son of Ken (a baseball player) and Alberta Griffey; married, wife’s name Melissa; children: Trey Kenneth, Taryn Kennedy. [...] Signed with Seattle Mariners as first choice in first round of 1987 amateur draft; minor leaguer in Mariners’ system, 1987-89, reached parent club as non-roster player, 1989; starting outfielder for Mariners, 1989-2000; outfielder for Reds, 2000. [2]

He is the son of former big league outfielder Ken Griffey, Sr. Many have described his swing as “one of the most beautiful and effortless.” [3]

A hard-hitting center fielder for the Seattle Mariners until 2000, Griffey was a significant force behind that team’s emergence as an American League division champion. [2]

Drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the 1st round (1st pick) of the 1987 amateur draft. [4]

His teammates like to call him “Junior,” but Ken Griffey Jr.’s talents are anything but minor. [2]

Griffey (knee) returned to the starting lineup Saturday and hit a two-run homer for his ninth home run of the season. [5]

At the MLB Home Run Derby in 1993, which was held at Oriole Park in Baltimore, Griffey hit the warehouse beyond the right field wall, the only player ever to do so. [3]

The family then lived in the Griffey home town of Donora, Pennsylvania, but as Ken Sr.’s career took off, “Junior” and his brother moved with their parents through a series of minor league towns. [2]

In the bottom of the 11th inning of Game 5, with Griffey on first base, teammate Edgar Mart?nez hit a double. [3]

When he took the field for his first major league game, he was 19–one of the youngest men ever to make the majors. [2]

That same year, Griffey was elected to the Major League Baseball All-Century Team. [3]

Dynamo Donuts - my reward for getting up at 6am to take a friend to SFO. [1]

My Dynamo Donuts were horribly mushy. [2]

I always like to try at least one something new though, and this time I set my sights on Dynamo Donuts. [3]

It’s not really a shop, but a stand, a counter on the street with a nice shiny espresso machine and a few covered cake stands of donuts, whose flavors change on a daily basis. [2]

I’ve been hearing about fancy donuts for a while now, and though I’ve had some good ones in restaurants recently (Norma’s at the Parker Palm Springs comes to mind) I haven’t had a chance to try these new exotic flavors. [3]

Day 1: Chocolate chocolate star anise and maple apple bacon. [...] Like A16, and like Bar Jules, I went to Dynamo Donut one day and promptly returned the next. [4]

Dessert and chocolate recipes using seasonal fruit and berries, and writing about Paris, including travel tips and stories about living the sweet life in Paris. [2]

Actually they’re not like any donuts I’ve had, for it’s not airy and light, but rather dense and cake-y, definitely more like a coffee cake in the shape of a donut. [1]

The “donut shops” that pepper the city always have the same lame offerings, and I was beginning to feel as if the only way to get a decent donut would be to eat some beignets or enjoy a fancy donut on some dessert menu somewhere. [4]

Dynamo Donut and Coffee, on 24th in the heart of the Mission serves donuts in phenomenal flavors like Maple Apple Bacon, Saffron Chocolate, and Banana Dulce de Leche (stuffed with both.) Their flavors change frequently, and there’s no real website to speak of, but Fridays and Sundays are ALWAYS Maple Apple Bacon donut day, so if you’re looking for those (and you should be) those are the best days to go. [3]

Street walk-up counter selling artisan donuts and Four Barrel coffee which uses Stumptown beans. [5]

“Definitely gotta get back soon for the maple bacon donut, though.” [1]

Since Dynamo is a walk up stand we ducked into Taqueria San Francisco, just down the street on the corner opposite the St. Francis and ordered up a couple of Mission burritos and quesadillas to share along with our donuts and coffee. [3]

Each day they serve 2-4 flavors, and when they are out, they are out. [6]
