Mayor Dave Cieslewicz announced Wednesday that O.A.R. will headline Madison’s Freakfest 2008 on Saturday, Nov. 1. [1]

While Halloween in Madison already has a legendary reputation, this year’s Freakfest is poised to be one for the history books. [2]

O.A.R. — A true college home-grown band, O.A.R have cultivated a devoted following of fans from the college rock and jam band scenes. [1]

A long and sometimes infamous tradition in Madison, the annual Halloween celebrations along State Street date back to the 1970s. [4]

In Mexico, Day of the Dead is an annual festival where families gather to remember the dead. [1]
