On January 1, 2010, KTLA begins its day-long coverage of the Rose Parade with Backstage at The Parade at 6 a.m., followed by Parade Countdown at 7 a.m., both live and hosted by KTLA news personalities. [1]

The Rose Parade will once again feature the beautiful pageantry and tradition of magnificent floral floats, high-stepping equestrians and spirited marching bands. [2]

Hundreds of volunteers and designers will decorate the Bayer Advanced We Are The Champions 2010 Rose Parade float with thousands of dried and live flowers as they prepare the 32-foot-tall, 55-foot’long float for the January 1, 2010 Rose Parade. [4]

KTLA 5’s live, high-definition and commercial-free broadcast of the 121st Tournament of Roses Parade begins at 8 a.m. [1]

The Bayer Advanced We Are The Champions Rose Parade float celebrates the beauty of roses and the history of the Rose Bowl Game’the oldest post-season collegiate bowl game in the United States. [4]

1911 Chariot Races: In 1902, the Tournament of Roses added a football game following the Rose Parade’the first post-season college football game ever held. [4]

The Rose Bowl Game will be broadcast exclusively on ABC and on ESPN radio. [2]

The 2010 Citi BCS National Championship Game will take place on Thursday, January 7, 2010, at 5:00 p.m. [2]

As a part of the sponsorship, FTD Design Instructor Keith White AIFD, CFD will be the lead designer decorating the beautiful official vehicles carrying the Grand Marshal and family, Tournament of Roses President and Mayor of Pasadena in the parade. [6]

As a whole, the Rose Parade featured magnificent floral floats, high-stepping equestrians and spirited marching bands, displaying the tradition and pageantry for which it is renowned. [3]
