Authorities brought a series of charges Monday against nine teenagers accused of incessantly bullying 15-year-old South Hadley high school student Phoebe Prince for months before she killed herself. [3]

The state House of Representatives on Thursday overwhelmingly voted to approve an anti-bullying bill, following the deaths of two students in Western Massachusetts - Phoebe Prince of South Hadley and Carl Walker-Hoover of Springfield - that heightened the need for protecting victims.
