Tucker Carlson, filling in for Sean Hannity on Fox News last night, picked up the issue of President Barack Obama’s call to Philadelphia Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie, during which the president thanked Lurie for giving Michael Vick a second chance. [6]

Then again, placing killing animals on the same plane as murder would have a bigger impact on the behalf of the animals if Carlson really meant it. [4]

Michael Vick probably eliminated any chance of winning the MVP with his performance against the Vikings Tuesday night, but his redemption story has been popular with some, including Barack Obama. [7]

On Monday there was a fierce debate on Fox News Channel about the matter, but that was nothing compared to what Tucker Carlson said on Tuesday about Vick. [3]

But treating humans like dogs has nothing to do with Michael Vick and his crimes against animals. [4]

It’s probably safe to say Tucker Carlson isn’t a big Michael Vick fan. [2]

The idea the president of the United States would be getting behind someone who murdered dogs is beyond the pale. [6]

Maybe Michael Vick shouldn’t have been executed but our President has no business praising a convicted criminal either. [7]
